  1. While preparing a vegetarian dish, Scrub vegetables rather than peeling them as nutrients are found more in the skin.
  2. Boil the vegetables with small amount of water and keep the water to use as a stock and do not over boil them.
  3. While preparing an Indian curry dish if you add some extra salt into it than add 1 chopped tomato to regulate the salt and maintain the taste.
  4. When making noodles and pastas avoid adding salt as the sauces you use in it already contain salt.
  5. Use non-stick cookware when making noodles as the cookware need less oil.
  6. For Indian cooking – Avoid using raw chili as it leads so chest problems .Add green chili which is very healthy.
  7. While boiling noodles add a pinch of lemon juice and 1 teaspoon olive to prevent it from stickiness.
  8. Replace your meat diet with sea food diet; it will make you healthier.
  9. While making juices add honey instead of sugar, honey will be healthier.
  10. Soak the garlic cloves in cold water before using it as Garlic skin comes off easily.
  11. .Marinate the meat products with some vinegar and few drops of lime juice before cooking and your cooking time will be saved.
  12. While frying onions add pinch of salt into it to make the perfect color of the Indian dishes.
  13. Always go for Choose fresh vegetables as canned vegetables tend to be packaged with salt.
  14. Use fresh herbs rather than using the packaged one.
  15. Use less amount of soda as it affects our immune system.
  16. Make your own bread crump with the fresh bread by drying it with the help of natural heat and i.e. of sun.
  17. As sugar makes us fat, avoid using it in Salads, add some drops of honey and see the difference.
  18. Whole wheat and oat breads are healthier than the white breads.
  19. Avoid using more meat in Sandwiches, add some fresh veggies and be healthier.
  20. Add few drops of olive oil or lemon juice close to the end of cooking time or to cooked vegetables – it can enhance flavors in the same way as salt.
  21. If you want to store Seafood for more than a day, clean it; rub with salt, turmeric before freezing.
  22. If you chop more vegetables than you need than store the extra chopped vegetables in airtight containers in the fridge to keep from browning and drying up.
  23. Place some soda bi carbonate open in a small shallow dish in the fridge. This will disallow odors of one dish mixing into another. I.e. Cream and Pineapples.
  24. If the curd have become too sour than add some amount of milk and it will become of your choice of sourness.
  25. Boil tomatoes in water for 2-3 minutes, before using for easier peeling and better taste in any recipe where tomatoes are required to be cooked.
